About CHUMS

CHUMS is the only multiple sclerosis based non-profit organization in the United States that focuses on supporting a child's need to understand the disease. Life-changing diseases like MS can be a scary and difficult thing to explain to a child - especially if you don't really understand it yourself.

CHUMS believes that Isolated the adult figure in the child's life is his/her best hope for understanding multiple sclerosis so some practical ways to begin talking about this complicated disease are provided throughout the site - particularly in the CHUMS Activities section.
