CHUMS Activities are fun, interactive, and educational exercises that are designed to enhance:

  • The participant's emotional development as it relates to MS,
  • Psychological development as it relates to MS,
  • A medical/physical explanation of MS,
  • And the relationship enrichment of the participant and the person in his/her life with MS.

These activities are conducted by a trained facilitator at a CHUMS Conference. Through this web site though, you (and your family) can participate in them at your convenience.

The activities on this site are designed to give you the idea so you can implement the activity on your own.
